Open to Members and Non Members of CrossFit Cape Cod
Barbell Club currently meets twice a week on Mondays at 5:30pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Barbell Club offers training and technique refining of the Olympic Weightlifting movements (snatch and clean and jerk) and accessory strength movements. Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, strength, power, coordination, flexibility, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and output.
